Had to cut my training short after finishing my squats. I bent over to put the 45 lbs plates away and a 10 lbs plate fell off the top of the squat rack as it was not plated on far enough and the little shaking of the weight being put away caused the plate to fall. landed on the top oif my head so alot of blood came pooring out fast. Looked pretty scarry. got a headache but Ill be there training tomorow. Id rather that then hurt my IT band. or low back any day. Squated a new PR 5 plates for 10 no suit or knee wraps to 11 3/4 inch depth.

Shit man, that doesn't sound good. Sure you don't need to see a doctor to make sure you don't have a concussion or anything?

Was it you that put the plate back or someone else? I had a similar injury years ago... some asswipe put a 25lb plate on the top rack, but overlapped a 45lb. I was pulling off the 45lb and didn't realize it was pulling the 25lb off the rack along with it. ****ing thing fell from the top rack, about 4.5" high, landed right on my foot. Couldn't walk properly on that foot for months.

I had a moron put a 10 pound plate on top of the squat rack, as in flat on top of the horizontal bar joining the vertical bars. Luckily I caught something moving in the mirror as I was unracking the weight (that thing was right above my spotter's head).

thats actually what i thought greg meant when he typed it out.

the other day he bumped it into the closet door and opened up the stiches again. couldn't sleep till it stopped clotting...clumsy clumsy!

Jesus Greg come on... Haha that's probably one of my
biggest fears at the gym, dropping a 45 on my foot scares the shit out of me more than anything. Get better g!
