Keep at it! In the most simplest explanation, weight gain comes from calories taken in being more than calories expended. Those with crazy high metabolisms burn more in a day than the avg. person. I once had the same problem and had to up my calorie intake to the 5000cal mark. As well, with 2.5hrs a day in the gym with only saturdays as an off day, you are spending 15hrs/week in the gym.... you are more than likely overtraining. Especially if you are spending 2.5hrs training triceps alone on tuesdays.

You're new to weightlifting so don't split everything up so much. Whole body workout 2-3x/wk is probably enough. Or maybe an upper/lower split. Don't spend more than an hour in the gym. Eat more, be patient.

Agree, use a simple 2 way split and only train 3 times a week for about an hour or so.
keep taking the mammoth, but make sure it not being used as a meal replacement. Drink with a meal.

And switch weight gainers. I tried mammoth and it was garbage (to me at least). Cheap weight gainer that is mostly sugar, i pissed that stuff out of my ass before any calories could be absorbed! I use Pure Mass 2600 by Precision Nutrition and love it.

Look for the book "Scrawny to Brawny" by John Berrardi. GREAT book, and one of a few that are written to show you how to gain weight. Lots of great diet advice and recipes.

As has been said, gaining weight is as simple as calories in vs. calories out. Keep eating more and more. If 4000 calories isnt enough to gain weight, go up to 4500. Still no gains after a month at that level? Hit 5000 calories. (Dont worry, you wont need 5000 calories to grow unless you have a thyroid problem)

Stick with it bro! I was there too, still am there when i look at myself in the mirror, but others tell me i look good.

****ing liars!!!

Ya mammoth tastes great but way to much MCT oil in it.
But i do like N-Large,or Interactive Lean gainer 2.Another thing is i'm a eco,and you can't work out to long,or to many times per week we burn way to many cals.

For me when i first started bodybuilding i did 16 sets per bodypart, 4 exercises x4 and worked out 4 days a week.

Calories were high starting at 4000cal per day.

As for supplements mammoth worked great for me and creatine, glutamine combo.
