Helo There,

Due to some hormonal fluxes over the past few years I have been left with a mild case of gynecomastia. I was wondering if taking Whey Protein with small amounts of soy or Letchin could make this any worse.

Would taking things like tribulus to increase testosterone do this as well as taking things that boost natural HGH like GABA have an impact in this condition?

Thanks

Look into aromasin, letro and nolvadex to try and reverse this problem. I believe soy can increase estrogen by binding to testosterone receptors, but im not really 100% sure about that so don't hold me to it....lol

why risk it?

while you should be fine with whey, soy is looked at as poison by myself. soy has been shown in studies to increase estrogen in males. bitch tits love estrogen, so use at your own peril.

sorry to hear about your troubles, maybe a visit to your doc for some blood work will shed light on this for you.

letro should be last resort.. as it will cause complete shut down of all test in the body...clomid or nolva should helpmaybe with the aid of a natural test booster.

good luck

in my opinion, tribulus could potentially aggravate the problem, so i would not be playing around with it. any herbal supplement that will "boost" natural HGH will only have very minimal effects if at all, so it wouldnt be so much the HGH that would be causing guyno, but the herb itself and its side effects.

if i was you i would stick with protein isolate, and no it will not cause a flare up... and consult a physician if the problem interferes with your day to day life

aromasin will not do anything to reverse gyno
letro is way too strong...
nolvadex MAY help, not likeley

also good on you to reccomend drugs without a dosing protocol...but you're
1 for 3 in this post, so you're getting better :a+

i think letro is the way to go for pre-existing gyno..
you can try nolva but it will probabaly return...
stay away from soy...its no mans friend.

Letro will shut down test levels? WHAT.
Its an AI not a source of exogenous testosterone. It's also the only AI proven in mice anyway to reverse gyno, although i doubt it'll help after a year or more with gyno. Nolva will help bind to the receptors but getting your estrogen levels to normal would be the ultimate goal. Natural Test boosters will only make things worse, stay away like the plague.

Well im by no means saying what will work, but i've read a few posts by different people on other boards who report that letro really helped get rid of their gyno, even when pre-existing for a long time...that or a letro/nolva combo. What it helped with was shrinking the breast tissue behind the nipples and it reduced the overall size of the nipple as well.

I've asked preatorian about this so we will see what the man has to say.

No...letro is an aromatase inhibitor AI...it doesnt shut down testosterone it prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Avoid soy it is very estrogenic. Whey is fine. Tribbulus you can use but it won do much anyway...GABA is fine. You can only control gyno with meds you cannot get rid of it...nova and an AI are your best options otherwise get surgery.

So am i right in saying letro would not get rid of a pre-exisiting case of gyno?

If i was to try Letro could you recommend a doseage and a period to take it for and would I need to take Nolva when I came off Letro?

Can anyone also explain how you know if you suffer from Gyno from estrogen or proestrogen?

It would be hard to tell which gyno you suffer from. Maybe look at what aas.you used.

I'd try nolva first. Tried letro a few years back and my wanker went south. Cheaper than an operation though which goes for about 5k.
