its recommending me at 12 pills a day maintenance. Been doing 6 a day + a can of salmon.

may try boosting this summer to see if I notice anything.

It's telling me 60 of my Webber Naturals Omega-3 caps. (Beat up and obese, western diet) At 9 cals per tab thats 540 additional cals from fish oil a day... Not too good for someone on a diet of only 2000 cals lol...
