I dont like the diet...Seems like the food isn't spread out when you need it. (ie near the time you train)...Seems like all the food comes hours after the workout. I couldn't do it...I need food in me to train. Particularly I had trouble with the only real food coming 4 hours after your workout, and only consuming 2 scoops of protein after working out and nothing within 2 hours prior to training.
As for peaking etc, you could just hire someone, or just read a bit online. tuns of info with regards to water and carbs and sodium. really, its hard to screw it up if you follow about 4-5 different things people do. they all work, especially if you look good every morning anyway.

nobody is going to answer that for you but if you search around there is info on all of that, that goes into details how to do it.

Not everybody has the disposable cash to shell out $250.00, for last week preperations. Hense the procrastination. Buying membership, contest application, posing trunks and taning supplies, the military alotted me one service flight at the beginning of the fiscal year and saved it all the way until this Tuesday March 30th, two days from the end of this phyiscal year (354 days). So making the most of the cash flow.
Most of the information is on the net but for some reason the last week is a big secret. I know everyone is different as well as their bodies and how they respond to nutrients. I am just going to experiment Saturday with one way and if it doesn't work go in a different direction. All the hard work is behind me now really. I can eat a 1kg pancake breakfast midafternoon and the next day I look full and vascular sowhat can 2 days really change in 16 weeks?

keep it simple you're first time.
Just drink a tun of water everyday that week (8-10 litres). friday about noon, cut it out. In terms of food, just eat like you're doing now. Keep sodium low from mid thursday onwards. Even that in itself will give a drastic change in your physique by saturday morning.

If you aren't ready emotionally, physically or financially then you aren't ready period.
What can 2 days really change in 2 weeks? A ton. That's the difference between shooting for first place in a competitive show and just "doing a show".

I am just "doing a show" I guess. Basically using it as a vice to quit the "bad" stuff and keep my nose clean. Can't expect too much in a first show winging it. Just going to dial in as best I can and have fun.
