I suffer from low blood sugar, i get the shakes, spots in my eyes, dizziness, and sometimes passing out.. when i was bulking i had no shortage of sugary snacks that i would eat. my doctor told me to carry a chocolate bar with me at all times incase im driving down the road and have a hypoglycemic attack.. the next thing i know im eating chocolate bars all the time. i have cut all shit like that out of my diet but still find that i wake up in the middle of the night 2 or 3 times a night and feel ****ed up... i have to have a snack.. i have trying to eat fruit for natural sugars, i ate a couple of handfulls of grapes at about 4 in the morning when i woke up at 7am i had spots in my eyes and was really messed up... does anyone have any advise for me?? i really could use some advise...

chocolate bars and other sugary foods will make ur blood sugar erratic, peaks and valleys, the exact opposite of what you are trying to accomplish
if you are hypoglycemic you should keep ur blood sugar stable with regular intakes of proteins and fats... when you do consume carbs they should be lower GI and preferably kept to the AM and PWO when you are most glucose tolerant
imo ur doctors suggestions are exactly the opposite of what you should be doing
I agree.
Try hard to only eat Low GI carbs if and when you eat them.
