On the words of wisdom part.

I'm not sure whether there's much point in listening to Jay's advice on bodybuilding. If you take a look at pictures of him at 18 you will realize that he is and has always been a freak AND he isn't really interested in adding significant muscle to his frame. He's polishing.

The "only lift as much as you can with good form" is always good advice but the workout itself doesn't have a lot of good carry over for those of us who aren't Jay.

Now Dorian on the other hand... He seems to be able to understand the needs of lesser mortals. I always learn something when I listen to his videos.

Omg man what a vid. What an ispiration. Screw this off day i wanna wreck chest. But seriously a slight differnt style then i do but i should switch it up for muscle confusion once in a while to this style. Ex. press, fly, press, crossovers. Instead of presses then fly then cross.

He make good point about going to heavy that you lose form, such as heavy deads and curls...we all see guys doing it. He said something like he could dead 600 and curl 100's but you dont see him doing that. I htink he said he doesnt go over 4 plates on deads because over that he loses that ability to squeeze at the top like you should be doing rather than just moving the weight up.
