Last Tuesday I hit a PR in a box squat = 300X3,
The quicker: I have not been training legs since November and just restarted quite light 2 weeks ago.

Today I felt like crap: tired and sleepy. Came home slept for 2 h and them I felt like a truck had run over me.

Got to the gym and didn't feel like working out at all.
Decided to do a 10 min walk in the treadmill and stretch.

I ended running and them hitting a Pr in my chest press 230X1.

I know that these number are far from impressive for a guy that is 190 10%bf.

But I have ****ed legs/back and shoulders and trained wrong for years.

Thanks to my time on the boards I learnt more about nutrition, had questions answered and did a ton of research on training, diet supplementation and recovery.

Summer is about to start I quit volleyball in order to be able to sleep better and not be tired all the time and am quite excited with my next few months.

Have I told you guys that i am going to Brazil in August?:troll

I wanna go back there looking better than when I left and am in my way.:hu

Thanks for your time, patience and guidance.

Its funny you mention Volleyball. I played a lot of beach volleyball last summer and i couldnt believe the toll it took on my shoulders and knees. What i thought was a low impact and fairly easy sport was very detrimental to my training

Happy is the word.

I play indoor and it is no shit as I depend on athleticism in order to play a decent game, that coupled with lack of sleep due to arriving at home after 10pm and wired plays a definite role in your recovery.

We suffer so many set backs with work, injuries, dieting etc etc etc that when you see the pay back it puts a smile in your face!
