Hey everyone I don't really know what to say but mr.ontario convinced me to make an introduction lol, (maybe I was hypnotized by his avi). ANYWAY I've been training for ~5 years I'm a uni student in montreal and I hope to compete for the first time in the relatively near future.

This board is awesome and I'm proud to support the canadian bodybuilding community :greet
