anyone have any good names of bars not on the strip.
we are looking for something that isnt gonna cost $15 for drinks and a huge cover charge. plus better chance of not running into high priced hookers and actual real women.

university bars would be excellent

I know you said clubs off strip but I wouldnt recommend going off the strip, we left one day wondered off from our place and as we were picking up some pre game drinks, the store got robbed lol and it was the second time today. Off the strip is sketch and a half...

For cover charge I dont think it would be more then 15 bucks now. It was either 15 or 20 when I was there the week of new years so I would assume it would be less then that.

Hit up the club in TI its reasonable priced drinks and tons of hot chicks from the pictures I saw of my night there. I think drinks were like 7 bucks about and this was new years eve night. Another good one is, the one with the pussy cat dolls show in it, dont remember the name. But if your with a bunch of guess guess list or dress real nice and talk to one of the guys running tables outside and tell him you want to see a table. Then once inside just pay him the cover and tell him you'll pass on the table. Drinks there were about 12 bucks for a whiskey sour. Although the place kinda sucked, the top floor patio was real nice.

Finally Trysyt and XS are both really nice. And both have AMAZING women inside. Beers were reasonably priced if I recall correctly.

big fan of Trysyt and XS. Ghost Bar in the Palms isn't bad either. I did Bodyguard detail for Dave Navaro one night at Ghost. I was there for the show and he called me into his "pit" and asked if I wanted to play BG for him. I was significantly bigger than his other detail lol

Free booze and hot as **** women and chillin with slimy Dave... the positives outweighed the negatives hah

Serious? Thats sweet, hopefully one day Ill be asked to BG for someone famous lol If I ever get to that size.

XS is my all time favorite club in Vegas. Although the dance floor kinda sucks. But the booths are nice, specially if you have one in between the dance floor and walking area or whatever you call it.

Ya it was pretty cool. He played along side a local mixer who was mixing while dave played guitar. It sounded super cool. War Machine, Sympathy for the devil were my favs.

It really blew me away.

Then, I got blown away. ha

Yea man sympathy for the devil is damn good by janes addiction, but cant forget about the classic Jane Says.

So was Dave rocking on the guitar and probably vocals while the DJ was just mixing the beats of the songs?

It was no vocals. Just guitar + spinning/mixing.
