Post workout bro, same as slin. Lots of guys will inject into the muscles worked that day from what i've read.

Datbrute is the most well versed on peptide use, you've probably seen his posts on GHRP-6 etc he has said to do small doses in various sites in the same muscle and not to do it post-workout.

Yeah I've read that.The pump aspect?Apparently it's not very long lived.

No not for pump. Im not sure exactly so don't quote me on this, but I think it to help the worked muscles grow faster ie. site growth, but like i said who knows....lol

Still post workout though.

Dat doesn't even care for IGF-1 anymore. I also think it's BS. Just stick with gear and GH if you're confident that it's legit.

there seems to be too much speculation about IGF and not enough real proven results.... i've experienced gh and know enough guys on it to know that it works so i prefer that to igf

IGF-1 works, LR3 IGF-1 does nothing for muscle growth. Yes, there is a different between the two and the former is impossible to get. Even though LR3 is worthless for muscle growth, I still use it for its glucose disposal properties. It's a very powerful GDA and worthwhile when cutting. I take it pre-workout.

Aha.Pre workout.I've put it in my forearm a few times near the outside of my elbow,think it's helping.Noticed the other day it can affect glucose.

Do you need an energy drink during your workout?Noticed I got a little shakey despite having pasta a few hours earlier,unusual.Are you using it sub-q?

I use mgf Pwo and igf 1 hour after mgf use .. On non training days i use igf-1 before sleep, in the muscle I will train the next day.
Gained nothing on those 2 compounds , but strength was up and pump was awesome, veins were out on my pct!

I second this GDA claim. The first few days of starting a regimen with IGF, I found this effect very noticeable and powerful. And as far as the muscle growth, personally I did see some, but nothing drastic.

I do get shakey without it. I've tried it both IM and SubQ. SubQ works just as well as IM for me. Onset takes a bit longer
