only running 525mgish a week of test prop and 350mg a week of tren ace.. been on now for just over 3 weeks and the past week i have had no appetite.. first week i was eating like no tomorrow and its gone downhill since then.. only thing different than normal that could kill my appetite is tren cuz i havent had this issue from test. .this common for many of you?

anything i can do to help besides dropping the tren?

EQ will make you hungry from what I hear. Not sure what else you can do.

ya i considered that but this is only going to be an 8 week cycle so that i can recover and then jump on again in th summer.. i take eq and i can forget about recoverying as quickly not to mention its not going to kick in long enough.. i considered dropping the tren and upping the test to compensate but not too sure.. thought maybe a supplement or anything i can do to counteract the issues with the tren

I doubt very much it's the tren nitrous. I've ran tren-e and ace a few times over the years and hunger always went WAY up. Are you on any supps right now that might be causing this lack of appatite? If so try to take a few days off any pills/supps and see if the appatite goes up again.

Also are you doing cardio daily? If not try doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 4-5x a week post work out to get the appatite up.

Only things that stoped me from eating or slowed me down the end of my last cycle was a sore tooth, very sore jaw from eating, but mostly it was a mental thing. I was just tired of always ****ing eating and I let myself get lazy:(

Oh one last thing, when i eat a large meal right before bed I ALWAYS wake up starving, but if I don't eat pre-sleep I don't wake up hungry at all so maybe that might help ya?

no extra supplements or pills.. nothing else has changed but the addition of test and tren.. only suppplements im taking are creatine and isolyze (whey isolate protein).. did a bit of research and some people have found tren to cause appetite suppression.. whatever it is i get full right when i start eating..

and i always eat a lot before bed.. like 4 omega 3 eggs with egg whites and a cup of oatmeal

maybe i'll give both of them a try.. i skipped cardio the last 2 weeks cuz the prop has been killing my legs but i'll make sure i get it in.. hope this works

i have found that too much of anything can kill appetite...perhaps you are taking a bit too much, even though the doses you are taking arent that unreasonable.

as of last night 5.5-6 and 189lbs.. same bf% as my pic i'd say just 15lbs heavier.. so i wouldnt think my dosages are too high either..

Ya we all react different I guess. Shit last go I was around 2.5 grams a week for close to 2 months and I was always hungry....lol, but then again I think a few of my items were just sterile oil unfortunantly cause when I stoped taking the brand name stuff and just used the no name shit everything changed and shit went down hill.....lol

yeah, that was a little short of me, i should just said, shut up and eat :ne

seriously though, if you're eating and hydrating enough, just fight through it. eating up to 8 times a day is tough, but thats the game we play.
tren is a great summer additive and has lots of kick, maybe cut back on the test a little.

sorry for being unsympathetic. but if you got the goods, you're in a better boat than most, that is all. no offense.

ya none taken bro.. its just a pain in the ass when i'm 11lbs shy of my goal and all of a sudden everytime i begin to eat i get full and a couple minutes past that i feel like vomiting.. im hoping to up the cardio a lot this weekend and we'll see if that can get the appetite goin along with the vitamin b complex

Dude when it comes to stuffing your face I can relate. Last bulker I was eating so much that if you poked my stomach after a meal I would have poped open....lol

Actualy I developed a HUGE gag reflex and after about a month of always puking while brushing my teeth I decided to slow things down.....lol

The worst was the 1100cal bulking shake post WO, **** I would down that bitch in the locker room and for the next few hours I would feel so sick to my stomach it made me think I had the bird flu or something...lol

Just keep eating clean 24/7 and work through it brudda.

Prop messes my stomach up, bad acid reflux, well, its kinda a problem anyways for me, but prop in particular makes is alot worse. Dont know if this your problem, but something to consider. Some renitadine might help.

I use insulin in the offseason to help my appetite and obviously to help add seize. might not be something for you just yet though.

HUGE gag reflex... exactly how i feel lol last night i was walking to my buddys and just driving or walking if i smell something weird in the air i just want to vomit

the Ranitidine sounds interesting but do we have anything like that OTC in canada?

and ya i have smaller buddies than me using insulin but i think its a bit too much for me right now.. one suggested i try taking some sugar half an hour before eating so my insulin can spike and then drop before eating so it creates a bit of hunger but havent tried that

Ya, thatmight work too bro! Worth a try right? Let me know if it helps, sounds like a solid idea. Renitadine (however you spell it) is in Zantac, and some other otc acid neutralizers. Works wonders! Yor doc might give you a script if you tell him you have these symptoms, if you have a drug plan that will save you some money.

Try tumeric. I know its an anti-inflammatory but some people I know that take it said that it increases appetite.

Im a former fat boy so even at 4k + cal im still hungry. GOd dam its like a bottomless pit in the offseason. I seriously never stop once during the day. Its a full time job. But I had a friend who felt the same way when im feeling full or sick i just sip some cool water and take a couple mins off. Dont think about it and just keep taking a piece by piece till its done. Take your time with it say it takes 45 minutes its still ok if you have time. If i stuff my face in 5 mins i will feel shittttyy. But if i sip water cut up into small pieces and go real slow i could eat just about anything. Try it.

No drugs man its a problem that you must sort of. Ex. smaller more frequent meals, changing to maybe low carb high protein meals/
