14 week strength cycle on excel just change the initial poundages.

focus on squat a deadlift, less on shoulder and chest

use it lose it i dont give a ****

Good luck Jack! Train hard and be smart, use it lose it indeed but dont over train injury sucks :p would be interestd in your results, stay updated
