Hey! A bit about me .... 37, single, never been married and no kids. I have recently become a student again and although my program is demanding I still have time to go to the gym :)

I have been working out since I was a kid Started with MArtial arts for 7 years, then I was an aeorbics queen in the early 90s and then progressed to the weights :) I have been doing weights for years and just in the last few have started to up my numbers.
I have never competed and am not sure if I ever will. I have started training and dieting for shows but never went through with it as something always came up.
Im currently unhappy with my physical state but am chnaging it. YAY!
Here is last night's and tonight's will be posted later!
Ive been doing full body for a couple weeks and I like it.

Skullcrusher

Upright row
25x15x3
flat bench chest flye
17.5x10x1 (was putting too much strain on left shoulder)
15x10x2
reverse lunges
BWx60 (per leg)
abs - assorted to failure
