Well, first of all, I know my gear is good... :)
Total Testosterone: 2090 ng/dL (350-1030)
Not sure why they didn't do free Test as well!?
All other hormones were in normal range (estrogen, progesterone, pregnenolone, DHEA), however T3 uptake is high, but I'll get to that in a minute.
Anyway, I did get some flags:
RBC: 6.0 High (4.10-5.60)
Hemoglobin: 17.2 g/dL High (12.5-17.0)
Hematocrit: 50.1 % High (36.0-50.0)
Total Cholesterol: 227 mg/dL (100-199)
- LDL 173 mg/dL High (0-99)
- HDL 29 mg/dL Low (>39)
T3 Uptake 42% High (24-39)
The doc also mentioned that I'm probably hypoglycemic, my body isn't breaking down protein properly and my liver was stressed. Great. :ji
So that's pretty much it. My cholesterol is out of whack, blood's a bit messed up, but I was still on EQ at that point, which I've now stopped, so that could very well have contributed to the higher numbers. I'm not sure what T3 uptake means though, can someone explain that? Does that mean my T3 is high? I was planning on using T3 during my diet, should I avoid that now?
Which brings me to my next question. How ****ed am I with these results? It's been over 3 weeks since I got the test done, and I have since lowered and adjusted my dosages. I'm only on Test Cyp 500mg and Deca 300mg right now, whereas at the time I was on 650mg Test, 400 EQ and 400 Deca.
Things definitely need to be addressed, however can I still get away with using a lower amount of Test only during my diet, or is it serious enough that I should come off everything?
Help/input from experienced people only please! :)

You did your blood work to see if you were good enough to continue. All your values are off the charts, so you got your answer. Why are you back pedaling now?

Silly me for clicking 'view post'.
I'll wait for helpful input, thanks nisser.
your LDL is waaay off base... time to start popping omega-3 (3 grams a day) evening primrose oil (3 grams a day), and lots of garlic extract pills, i would suggest 3 pills Kyolic brand with every meal
-niacin (B3)
-artichoke leaf extract
anything with guggl-sterols, probably a specific heart-healthy supplement out there
if you eat any fast food, stop, stop the ground beef/pork, stop any cheese or milk (calcium will come from whey, or supplement w/ caltrate)...switch to salmon and chicken, fat sources should be almonds or cashews

Your RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit are all high because of the EQ or any other aas used...they will normalize upon cessation of the drugs.
T3 uptake is an indirect measure of the quantity of thyroxine binding proteins in plasma...pretty useless measurement without free T3 and T4 measurements. LDL is elevated...most likely due to diet...this is your bad cholesterol...elimnate sugars in your diet...white flour, white sugar etc and watch your fat intake...increase omega 3 fats..lower saturated. HDL is low this is the one you should be worrying about..not LDL so much. Lowered HDL can lead to heart disease, cardiac issues etc....this is your good cholesterol. Things like arimidex will lower HDL...nolvadex at 10-20mg daily will keep it in the normal range. All aas tech to lower HDL as well over time. As for hypoglycemia...based on what? Unless you do a glucose tolerance test you wont know for sure...did you fast 12 hours before bloodwork? Did they measure glucose levels?

Thanks L3, I'm making a list of supplements I need to order. And no, I don't eat fast food.. but there might be some other culprits in my diet.

Thanks for the informative post P. To answer your question about hypo, I did fast before the blood test and yes they checked glucose levels. I've had a couple doctors suggest I'm hypo, but I think maybe it'd require more tests to know for sure. In any case, I am trying to fine tune my diet around it to try to optimize my energy levels.
Some things that might have been contributing to the cholesterol levels, I've been cooking my eggs in coconut oil, and I use a lot of butter on my toast. I don't really eat fast food, white flour (gluten intolerance) or white sugar (I use maple syrup for sweetener). Since coconut is so high in saturated fats, I'm thinking it's probably a major contributor to this.
I will stay away from using Arimidex at this point, as I'm sure that won't help.
What are your thoughts P on dropping the Deca, but continuing with a low dose of Test (250mg/week) along with Clen and T3 for my diet?
