I had a consultation with London Muscle tonight regarding my goals and a potential diet program for me to follow this summer. After a relatively brief conversation I can tell this guy knows his stuff big time and will help me transform my physique in ways I would never have been able to do on my own.

I will be updating in the weeks to come when I actually start his program, and I will follow it up with progress as the weeks go on.

Although I have not yet undergone his direct nutritional supervision I would strongly recommend anyone seek his advice as a trainer if they are looking to take their physique to the next level and beyond. Very well spoken guy and clearly lives the lifestyle.

Im starting with being an obnoxious drunk who has zero control of my diet and or lifestyle who wants to be shredded / healthy all summer long (until a potential healthy proper bulk come next fall).

Im 6'1 about 220-230 right now. I havnt stepped on a scale in a couple months so im not sure but floating around there. He thinks I have about 30-40 possibly more weight to lose to look the way I want to look. Im not looking to step on stage at all, I just want to be healthy and lean and get my food intake under strict control. From our brief talk I can tell he knows all the ins and outs of eating that I misunderstood completely or never bothered to find out myself. This will be a fun experiment for me and I am glad he will be my coach for it.

No one has ever had a gayer avatar than you. If someone had a pic of two guys blowing each other it would be less gay.

Good luck on your goals though. I need a coach badly, as far as nutrition goes.

stick to LM's plan word for word - dont make your own substituions unless you consult with him first (but in reality, if you have to ask, the answer 99% of the time will be NO), buy an electronic food scale, and DON'T CHEAT your meals

oh ya, and i would get in 1 good night of heavy drinking, cause there will be no more boozin for ya in the near future :ht

I got mine from K-mart. I think it was 9.99 on sale its lasted longer then the 30 dollar one I bought.

all of my clients have food scales, they are pretty cheap if you get them from walmart or something like that... after a while you probably won't need one anymore but to start its a pretty necessary peice of equipment!
