Hi

Since I’m not to sure on what I need to Focus on etc I would like to get a personal trainer to help me.

I need to loose 20 pounds Max to get to my height weight and then can start on my chest.

I wanted to ask what is the average going price of a personal trainer, the Gym I'm at(well I don't go very much LOL) is the YMCA do they offer outside trainers or do they have there own.

Is it Usually by hour they charge

thanks

YMCA typically has in house traiing for their trainers. If this is all a trainer has it is a joke!

Also if you don't go to the gym very often no trainer can help you. You have to be committed to your goals in order to achieve them.

also your comment "then I can start on my chest" reeks of 16 yr old beach bum!

please don't tell em your gonna be one of these lil jack asses that only works chest arms n abs. Then we will all be forced to make fun of you hahha

When looking for a trainer make sure the YMCA cert is not all he has. ask him how long he has been training himself. Talk to a few of his clients and see if they are happy. Ask abotu educational background.
