Hi guys,
Just an update, I lost a little over 20 pounds now and my wife about 15 pounds. The last week there was no weight loss from either of us. I remember reading here somewhere that after awhile you have to change up the diet.
What part of this diet do you change to continue weight loss? We don't have much further to go for our goals but we are stuck.
thanks,
how miuch cardio are you doing?

How many weeks in are you, and as L3 asked have you been steadily increasing cardio?
Yes your body adjusts but you want to avoid decreasing food intake for as long as possible. You need the food to maintain the muscle mass otherwise you can start chewing up your muscle and that's a bad thing.
Are you using aas, clen, t3, eca etc etc?

I haven't been increasing cardio. I do 4 half hour sessions a week. That's about all the time I can spare. I guess this really does affect fat loss that much? Between that and my workouts, I like to spend as much time as I can with my kids. I'm not taking anything right now, just multi vit, vege greens, omega 369 and 3 grams a day of vit C.
I do have a sustanon cycle which I will be starting as soon as I get to my goal.

thats not even the minimum amount of cardio employed by Palumbo. You need to start with MINIMUM 30minxDAILY . Ideally A.m. sessions in a fasted state, low intensity. Its very easy to get sessions in. Hell wake up 30 mins earlier and go for fast paced walk outside with the dog/kids

yes, that would effect fat loss a tun. You're doing 2 hours of cardiovascular activity a week. Many people do that in a single day. If you did an hour a day, 6 days a week, that might be enough for an extra 1 pound of fat loss a week. Palumbo diet or not, you need to work at it to continue losing.
Also, how much time do you spend working out in a week? You mentioned not having enough spare time, but there is always time. We do our cardio when the little one is in bed. I know sometimes its good to have time to just sit around and do nothing at all - but sometimes you just need to sacrifice. Eventually you get used to it.

Start w/ 45 minutes everyday.
add 5 minutes every second week
when you get to 60 minutes split to 2 sessions per day
and then keep adding 5 minutes per day.
You gotz to do your cardio.
still.... nice work on dropping the pounds
