I want to start a stack. I am currently just taking whey protein. The stack I am thinking of going on is as follows,

Morning
Allmax Isoflex Whey Isolate (60g)
Allmax Glutamine (20g)

Pre-Workout
SuperPump250 (1 serving)

Intra-Workout
Amino Vital ER 7500 or Gaspari Size On

Post Workout
Allmax Isoflex Whey Isolate (60g)
Allmax Glutamine (10g)
Optimum Glyco-Maize (80g)

Joint Support/Multi-vitamin
Universal Animal Flex (1 serving/day)
Universal Animal Pak (1 serving/day)

Is this a good stack for someone who is just starting bodybuilding to put on muscle?

I am eating eggs and oatmeal in the morning, chicken and rice mid morning, whey protein shake in the afternoon, steak, rice, and broccoli for dinner, and a whey protein shake after dinner.

Yeah I try to eat well, hit the weights 4 days per week, do cardio on my off days, and sleep at least 8 hours per night and have a nap when I can in the afternoon.

do your cardio after workouts, use your days off for rest and make sure you are eating enough to support muscle growth

Thanks for the advice Sandwiches. I am eating a lot throughout the day. I will try doing my cardio after my workouts.

That's a LOOOOT of glutamine for someone just starting out. I'd say it's overkill, but other than that, things look pretty good for a beginner.
