Been working out for that past 5 years. Always seem to get sidelined due to health issues. Naturally thin build (very slow to make any gains). Just recovering from knee surgery now, so hope to be able to concentrate on some upper body gains over the next few months. Got my protien powder, glutamine, and some purle K. Open to suggestions here.
Just hoping that a new forum with some support from more exerienced Canadian builders will help.
