howdy all. this looks like an amazing site, with a great collection of members and staff alike. i've been creeping around here for a while now and finally made the leap to become a member. i live in the GTA and have been a gym rat for almost 20 years now and still at my ripe old age still rip it 4 days a week.
just wanted to say hi to all and hope i can contribute and learn with you folks.
my interests are varied and many, but lifting and riding are two of my biggest pleasures these days.
