so ive been feeling pretty burnt out lateley...like its a chore to walk around esp in the mornings after my cardio, i should say im still dieting (introduced minimal carbs on monday) and i get about ~6 hrs of sleep a night (bed by 10:30, then up at 5am for cardio)

im looking for any ideas for OTC supplements that will give me some energy

so far ive tried:

cafeeine
- coffe works allright, but i dont feel like spending the change on it / affects my pearly whites
-red bull is too $ and has aspratame
-caffeine pills make my stomach upset

ephedrine
-messes with my jhonson

b12
-did .5cc sub q this morning, feeling a bit chipper but im still having a hard time keeping my eyes open

any suggestions would be welcome, as summer is just starting and i plan on dieting at least till the fall OR i get a long term GF ;)

PS... i miss fina...sigh

how about yerba mate? supposed to be really good for energy, and has a lot of healthful properties. ginseng as well.. maybe pick up a bunch of various stimulant herbs and make up your own tea?

i dunno bout you but 6 hrs isn't enough sleep for me.. i'll feel drowsy no matter what with only that much sleep.

try taking no stimulants...i find stimulants make me a zombie...ephedrine, clen, even green tea extract.

Your epinephrine release is prob making you crash and lethargic

ya man, more sleep, or if you dont want to drink coffe drink green tea, two bags per cup same caffine as a coffee... also adding carbs back into a diet has made me feel lethargic in the past...kinda like when you cut them out for a few days...

I like yohimbine HCL, green tea, and some caffeine powder, makes morning cardio much better.

Maybe it's the carb reintroduction making you crash, through an insulin spike. I'm not sure as i've never ketoed.

Caffeine in a coffee and redbull i believe is only 80mg. Most caffeine tabs are 200mg, maybe try cutting them in half and it might not bother your stomach.

Hope you figure something out.

What did I miss? Caffeine pills didn't agree with his stomach, try a powder so you can adjust dose easily. And I feel yohimbine and green tea are a nice addition.
