Hello,
I am interested in meeting someone who would be able to show me the ropes as far as fitness is concerned. I would like to get more comfortable with the weights and various machines at the gym I attend to the point where I could use them frequently enough to obtain the results I want and need. (Presently go to L.A FITNESS Brampton 410/steeles:fwave )
I have chosen to find a female to help me out with this because I find a lot of the males I have approached are obsessed with little cardio but they love a lot of weight resistance or strength training but I want both….
Ideally I would love to workout with someone who already attends the same gym as myself, my goal is to tone up my body and obtain lean muscle mass. I have always had a personal interest in bodybuilding and wouldn't mind exploring that avenue once I get to that stage. I plan on going to the gym at least 3-5 times a week, and absolutely want to push myself as I have a time line I wish to achieve results within.
I would consider a "Trainer" to help me set up a regimen and follow up with me every couple of weeks - but again my preference is to find someone who can motivate me as much as teach me the necessities of some hard core training. Yes I am male, but I most certainly don't want anyone to take it easy on me!. This isn’t to say that a sense of humor and a measure of patience/tolerance wouldn’t be appreciated! lol
