I was wondering if someone could help me out and suggest some sort of supplement for my particular needs...
I have a pretty decent build naturally, but I want to burn off some fat and have some more visible muscle.
Summers coming haha. I have a protein shake before my 5:30 am work out, and I really think I need to start taking supplements again to speed up the results.
Any suggestions?
thanks.

There aren't any magic pills or potions that will replace a solid meal plan. Work on a structured diet first.

First off, the words "Fat burner" and "muscle gain" do not belong in the same sentence.
What's your training history? What's your diet like? What's current training routine/cardio? Are you male or female? Weight? Height? Body fat percentage?
Answer those, and you might get a valuable response.

My training history? I trained to be a professional ballet dancer. So I would say I'm pretty strong. Although its not the same kind of training as body builders, clearly. It's like super advanced yoga everyday for a few hours, and like an hour of cardio 5 days a week.
My current routine is:
tennis: 5:30 am-6:45 am
weight training: 7:00 am-8:10 am
cardio: 8:10-8:30 am
work
ballet: 5:00-7:00
I'm a female
Height: 5'5
Weight:128 lbs
Body fat %: 13.35

your problem is all diet.
You are active enough to burn calories and fat.
It comes down to diet.

If you would like to post your daily meal plan I am sure we could make some suggestions to assist you in reaching your goals.
FYI 13% is quite lean for a woman to start with.

I think this as more just a poor choice of words on her part. Obviously she in not a hardcore bb'er. What she is looking for is to tone her body, lose some BF to be able to see her existing muscle.
Tanya, ask yourself a few questions:
- are you positive you are 13% BF or is it just an estimate?
- how long are you wanting to maintain your lean look?
- Are you willing to alter your current diet?
Praetorian is right, 13% is already low for a female. Take a look at this guide:
Body fat Percentage catagories:
Classification: Women(BF%)
Essential fat: 10-13%
Athlete: 14-20%
Fitness: 21-24%
Acceptable: 25-31%
Obese: 32% +
Once women start going too low with their BF% they can have problems such as hormonal and menstral irregularities and decreased breast size (if that concerns you).
Just some food for thought.

DIET is # 1 when it comes to fatloss OR muscle gain. no magic beans here.
I would rec a "fat burner" to HELP when things are right.
I rec:
LOTS of green tea

if i ate all i wanted for an entire day i would have to not eat for the rest of the week to lose weight, try a cheat meal, not a cheat day.

Poor suckers with your cheat meal... Cheat day for this guy, that means no protein powder, just 3-4 big meals of whatever I want while snaking on candies in between. Ah ha ha ha ha!
