Need members from Montreal and Quebec City

Anyone that lives in Quebec City and Montreal that can recommend a gym near my hotel when i am there for work next week

thanks, anything closer...i am travelling with 4 guys and not sure i'll have access to a car in the evening to get to the gym...

What if you take the metro? From where you are, it will be almost necessary.

The McGill Gym by Molson Stadium is close by and pretty decent; dumbbells up to 150 if I recall correctly.

McGill gym is a decent walk like 25 minutes. My friend lives on Viger and she does it all the time, but maybe see if any Nautilus Plus are close by. I know there is one on McGill College and St. Cats which would be super close. Don't go to the one St. Cats and St. Andre as that is the gay village. Now not that anyone is wrong with training there but to be honest I assume you are like me and are there to train and not be eye candy.
