I would not waste my time if i could not eat my eggs and rice. I could not imagine eating a cheat meal before the gym.

yeah im already feeling burnt out so this stupid meal didn't help much. oh well... im gonna cut back the volume for the next few workouts anyway to deload a bit... been pushing myself really hard for the last little while.

but no more pizza for me!!

i still think a high fibre cereal with 2% is the best pre workout meal. add some fruit in too if you're feeling saucy

my breakfast usually consists of eggs, chicken sausage, oatmeal with blueberries and sometimes an orange. i wait an hour then have 2 scoops of whey in a pre-workout drink.

that's usually plenty of fuel for a long workout.

i wish i could eat cereal, but it seems almost every time i do i get heartburn. strange huh?

For myself, what i eat the day prior makes the biggest difference in my workouts...The prework meal for me is just another meal...!!!With some supps for good measure added in...
If i have back, or leg day, the day prior im eating lots of good dense stuff...:greet

exactly like me brother... honestly i dont really like eating anything right before... its always a good refeed day the day before a big heavy sesssion
