I HATE MAKING FOOD!

I live on...

1. protein- chicken, eggs, milk, whey

2. carbs- oatmeal, pasta, cereal, bread, fruit, V8 (I drink V8 low sodium for my vegie intake, also used for carbs), rice and carb powder once in a while.

3. fats- Peanut butter, wallnuts, fish oil and olive oil.

4. Multi vit, lots of water, watered down juice and the occasional sub.

QUESTIONS Below..............................

a. Is V8 juice good enough for vegies? I eat real vegies for like a month and quit as I dread eating them.

b. I need some easy and quick ideas/recipes for red meat. It takes too much effort to prepare and cook. I like making healthy burger patties with beef but are there any other ideas? I like steak as well but lazy in the cooking department.

c. Any ideas for potatoes? I like potatoes but hate the preperation time.

d. Are there any healthy fats I am missing?

e. Anything important at all that I am missing in my diet overall?

try the greens type products, they're like super-v8 but taste nasty.

I mix in greens + with my protein shakes and the taste is pretty good. If you hate veggies, try melting cheest on them, if your current diet allows for it. More protein, more calories, and the taste is great!

But yeah, cooking sucks!

"Nice. What is it called? Is it a liquid?"

The one I use is called "Greens +" (as in plus). Its a powder and doesnt taste too bad, IMO anyway...

For veggies use a salad dressing,as for Green-plus i work in a health food store and i will tell you there not high enough in micro nutrients to do shit per serving size, waste of money, and it taste bad, smells bad.Fruit is very good for health,so eat small serving size, half cup,and make sure you have one colour of each fruit in your diet.

Try Vegie greens blueberry medley. The regular flavor isn't the greatest, but with a shake you don't taste much.
