I'm gonna be headed up to Vancouver on the 29th for a week and I need to find a gym to go to while I'm there. Preferably walking distance to where I'll be staying, near 4th Ave and MacDonald St.
Any suggestions?

yo thats right by my house bro. there is nothing within walking distance but if you head east on 4th there is a 24 Hour Kitsilano WOrkout on 4th and Cypress. About 5-10 min bus ride. Your gonna have to pretend you just moved to the area and want to test out teh gym though theyre pretty anal there. I can get you a 7 day pass to my gym but its at UBC on campus which is about 15 min bus ride from where u r sstaying

thanks man i'll check out the 24 hr place.. if it doesnt work out or they're too anal i'll hit you up for that 7 day pass. guess i can get a metro pass or something for transit? im unfamiliar with bc transpo, but it cant be any more expensive than the ttc.

you can get those "tickets".. like a ten pack where you get a bit of a discount.. bus ride is like 2.50 and lasts you ten minutes, so you'll probably spend 5.00 a day on transportation or a couple cents less if you get those tickets form 7 eleven

walk to kits community center. $5 a work out and you can have a decent workout there. 10th and larch. 10 min walk from you.
watch out though for the wild guy with crazy eyes and long hair.
