Delt King has graciously accepted me as a client. My goal is to rid my body of 35 pounds of lard in the next 20 weeks using his methods and strategies. I have been back to the gym since late October 2009.
The last time I went to a gym or exercised was nearly 10 years ago before I busted my shoulder trying to look up a cheerleader’s skirt. I have added nearly 60 lbs of lard to my body in that period of time. I lived near Vegas for a year and the $4.99 all you can eat prime rib buffets just took over.
The turning point for me was last fall when I woke up feeling 90 years old. Everything hurt and I was essentially waiting to die of diabesity. I got a gym membership at the local Gold’s Gym and starting reading CBB.com and began sucking up the information. I seemed (or so I thought) to have all of the pieces; however, I was not seeing any decrease in weight, so this time instead of quitting and going back to my old ways, I have asked for help and Delt King is man willing to do that.
So HI, MY NAME IS TREEBUILDER AND I AM FAT.

Thank you to all who have chimed in to wish me luck. I appreciate the support. My log is not a typical log that you would see here at CBB but it needs to be here for me to be successful (and I will be). Accountability is key for me.
Reading the logs of others only moves me a little bit harder. Knowing that there is a wealth of help just a few clicks away, provides a safe environment to make this happen.

This time I stuck to the DK feeding program and all is well. I WILL be going to the gym on Tuesday. Anyone ever experience vertigo on treadmill before? It's really cool.

Filling the tub for my son tonight and 'tried' to squeeze the bubble bath bottle and couldn't do it without grimacing. I have been wearing a brace on my right arm most days to keep it warmer to increase blood flow.
