Hey guys its been a while since i posted.

Quick resume :
After my last cycle i caught h1n1.. i lost about 35lbs :( it hit me pretty hard. Was bed ridden etc.. muscles just deteriorated. sigh...

Since it affected me so dramatic i needed the weight back at any cost.. so i bulked.. heavy and durty (natural though) and well.. after about 6 months i got the weight back.. however at the cost of ALOT of fat lol

Anyways here is my question :
My diet will be in check (low carbs 250 calorie deficit to start)
I train 1 muscle group a day.

I wanted to know Can i do cardio lets say at 6am then hit the weights at 5pm?
I did this with big success on cycle
however now i want to do this all natural as long as its not counter productive.

Does any of suggest not to do this? because of intense muscle loss?
I plan to run eca during this process.
Never tried Clen...... should i make the switch?

Since ive been off cycle for 8 months now i am willing to throw in test in order to prevent muscle loss.. do you think its necessary?

Cliff notes :
2x gym a day.. 1 cardio 1 weight is it ok off cycle?
never did clen.. only eca.. opinion on switching?

You can do it natural i'm doing it right now, best diet to prevent lots of muscle mass is the Keto diet..Good reading book is the Dr.Mauro DiPasquale...The anabolic Diet.
As for Morning Cardio go for it.You can take ECA's or Clen to diet on it helps. If you like to take some Test to diet on then go for it.

Yea thats true, i did keto diet bro and really works great. Though , ive seen my real shape after the diet , when I introduced carbs to my body again, muscles were full so I looked bigger. Don't look at yourself too much in the mirror, cause your muscles will be emptied of glycogen and will be less full. Im talking about personal experience here. For my next cutting, since im 13% and not 20%+ like last year lol , ill try carb cycling ;) Good luck mate!

Excuse me if this doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

You were in bed for a week and lost 35 pounds?
Then in 6 months you put on 35 pounds (5 pounds of muscle and 30 pounds of fat)?
Now you want to go on a crash diet?

Age, Weight, Diet, Training Program?

Based on what you've written it sounds like you have serious issues with diet and training and possibly other issues (but we can't do much about those).

First off,he didnt lose that in a week..where do you see that?Second,he doesnt want to crash diet,he wants to drop calories by 250 to start off..Must be early where you are eh ..:P..joke bro

But to answer the posters question, yes its ok for the cardio in the morning and weights at night.Just go gradually so you have other options later. As for diet,id go keto.I would also use clen to help save muscle. Its ok to cut without test..yes..but i wouldnt do it.Id at least inject 250mgs a week, but thats just me.

lol nice reply :)
Well i was bed ridden for a week but sick for 3 + the weight loss was due to the medication for h1n1 it is known to deteriorate muscle.
I also caught the flu just after finishing a cycle so it wreaked avoc and i didnt get proper pct in.

lol @ other issues ie : body dismorphia haha.. you put a smile on my face that was really funny and perhaps accurate. Yeah well i gained the weight cuz i was soo upset about the weight loss i needed it back at any cost.

Yes I haven't had my coffee yet but how long do you spend in bed with the flu and how do you lose 35 pounds? and how do you gain 35 pounds in 24 week without it being like 6:1 fat to muscle?

Something is horribly wrong with this.

well there is severe dehydration due to Tamiflu (also h1n1 was brutal.. much worse then any flu i ever got b4 like.. atleast 6x worse lol) + it eats you........ try it for 2 weeks if you wanna find out :) lol. 35lbs.. well 12-15 must be water weight. and well its not 6:1 but its up there :( hence the question directed to cutting.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that even if you didn't catch h1n1, you might have lost alot of weight as well...basically you caught it right when you ended your last cycle.

How much were you before the cycle? How much of the cycle weight gain was fat/water/muscle? All I think that happened is at 1 time you were heavy from being on cycle, and fastforward to now - you are heavy from a natural bulk.

This is what I am picturing as an example to what might have happened (fictional weights, bf% to illustrate):

1. pre-cycle: 175 pounds, 12%
2. post cycle: 200 pounds, 16% + a shit load of water
3. post h1n1: 165 pounds, 12%, + severly dehydrated
4. then a few months later: 200 pounds, 18% + holding lots of water.

so all in all, nothing really happened other than a big yo-yo. I don't think you really lost a tun of muscle from the h1n1 itself. more of a combination from post -cyle, as well as a bit from the h1n1.

.... Again if you are bouncing around like this doing nothing there is something seriously wrong with your diet, your training, and assuming the ridiculous water weight on the plus side there is either anadrol or some kind of prohormone in your scenario while off cycle and post cycle.

I dunno...I don't think he needs to be on anadrol or a prohormone off cycle to bounce around like this.

The above is #1 natural, #2, unatural weight, #3, post cycle + sick weight, #4 = natural eating like a pig weight.

what he needs to do is get back down to #1, and he can do it natural, or unatural.
