What do you plan on covering in this seminar? Everything? How long is the seminar going to be?

Hey guys sorry for the late reply. Rhino..Ya man it's a done deal. Branch will be here this Saturday in Owen Sound and the Harry Lumley Bayshore for 5PM.

Mofo's looking jacked as hell so this is gonna be a good one. Small crowd (only 160 seats) so you will NEVER get this close and personal with the Rattlesnake.

There will be tickets available at the door but seriously, they are limited.

There's a lot of weight lifters, but few bodybuilders. At the moment we have 5 that compete and the number will continue to grow. In a town this small you either get into bad shit, or you train.
