Hi,

I took pictures yesterday because I begin my new training program for 6 week again this day!...I took my mensuration and I'll write goals on a sheet to reach after this program! So, I weight around 170 lbs, 5 foot 9 inch for 9.5 BF% march 2.

Theses photos are took the sunday, the day after my cheat day...LOL..so, maybe a litlle bit of water retention!:P

Comments are welcome!:)...I'll put others pictures of my progress avril 17

Ohh, I forgot to say that I'm on a bulking diets since february 13:)

My goal is to be around 180-190 lbs @ 7-8%

No, That's a really 9.5% BF, I Took my BF% with the biosignature method the march 2!..But, I have to say that These pictures was taken the day after my cheat day..So!..And also, The quality of the pictures are not really good and also the lights..Because when I'm front of the mirror, I look different, maybe the flash..the time of the day and fo course the light!..

I wont argue with you about bf. Do not tell me your bf or the method or the lighting or the cheats. What i do know is you have an excellent start for being 17. Keep up what your doing and up the meat in that diet. I noticed when i was 17, 18 you really dont get the thickness that comes with age. Nothing you can do but keep paying your dues, eating big, and training harder.

Dont worry about bf cut or bulk. If your bulking you are all set just up the cals. If cutting i wouldnt do it now unless you have some sort of show or trip because you wont be satisfied at the weight u will have to cut to to look right. Just bulk.

Hum..I'm not sure what you wanted to say...LOL..Sorry...If I heard well, I think that my upper body is more cut than my lower body!...Yeah. If is it, I know, but I work hard to put definition on that and regulate my oestrogen level with green vegetables.. and like I said, the lights and te time of the day can play with the quality of the definition! but, also, I'm on a bulking phase now..So, It's drop the definition!

p.s: my diets is did by my coach!

And for the training, I work really Hard, I sleep 8-9 hours per day all the week, I visualize, I write down my goals!^^

Yeah Horse like beef, but horse...lol... or if my uncle did a good hunt, I eat Moose...Really good meat and had a good ration protein/fat

I'm from quebec, maybe there no horse meat in certain place..:S

Horse is a really great meat and KROZONE, If you're from quebec, At the Super C, I know that Horse is more valuable than beef and like I said, Bette quality of meet!^^

for 4oz of horse, there are 34.3g protein, 0g carbs and 3.6g of fats!

Yesterday, I took pictures of me, It was really sunny this weekends..I liked it and I decided to take them outdoors to see the difference and for me, There a big difference héhéhé!^^

I weight 171.2 lbs, weighted this saturday's evening!
My Bodyfat is unknown for the moment, but I Believe that I don't take a lot of fat, I see veins in my triceps after a training sessins, a couple of my back and in my legs!:)

I'll finish my training program in 2 weeks and after, I'll begin a new one, always on mass, and I'll work more my calves, because, I think There a lagging!

Also, My triceps, but, since I begin to Work them harder, they are more massive!^^

No shitttt. For 17 you look great my brotha. Got an amazing base already. All the muscles and posing is there and you are very well balanced. You should enter a juniour show after your next bulker. But how them nips feel in the snow out there. Could you cut glass with them?

Good legs, good thick lats and mid back.

Concenrate your focus now on building the lower back through (deadlifts and bb rows), train calves at start of workout HEAVY if you want to bring em up, and everything else is well proportioned especially good side chest for a yound guy.

Yeah, Like I talked with my coach, I want to do my first competition in november 2011, Coupe progym If you know what is it...It's in Montreal!^^

I wait this time because I want to put more mass and practice a lot more about posing and to make a short story, to be at my best at my first competition!^^
So, 1 year and half putting mass and 2-3 or 4 month before the competition, begin a cut to put definiton!^^

Yeah, for my lower back, I know, even when I squat, my lower back play because I have long legs, but my back is still right..I Do romanian deadlift for the hams, and it worl well for the lower back too!^^..but, I'll talk about that to add me deadlift in my next workout ;-) thx!

and finally, for the calf, in my programm I'll begin the april 19th, I'll do seated calf raise superseted with standing calf raise, each 3X12, but, one things I know, That I'll Destroy them!

p.s: I dont know what you wanted to mean when you say that:

I'm not still perfect in english..LOL..But,, Yeah, There are snow ehere I live, but with the hot week-end we had, around 23-26 degree, the snow melt down really fast!^^

you look great with 17.. wish I was that big at your age, you still hav the golden years ahead of you..
whn most kids spend a couple years trying to find out what works, you grabbed a trainer which is wise...if I could change one thing in my life in regards to BB, then it would be getting a trainer and not spending tons of cash on piss supps..

but.. you eating HORSE??? That is just not entering my head, lol..

Yeah HORSE HAHAHA!:P It's a really good red meat, really and in my opinion, my top three of a quality meat:

1. Moose wich is quite really a lean meat
2. Bison
3. HORSEEE! :D:D

News pics of me took today around 18h00 p.m!:)

I Weight 180 pounds and I'm really happy because that was my goal!:) So, nest goal is 185 pounds and of course, I have little goal set everyday with each day of my workout!:)

I do more reps with a certain weight every workout, My load goes up and every workout is more hardcore than the precede

Hi,

Now, I'm at 178.6 pounds, always in bulk, and I add calories and my breakfast and my PWO meal, because my weight was the same for too long..So, I decided to see what's happen with more calories! the BF% rise, but i'm in bulk, not in cut! :P

I'll see my coach june 30, I really enjoy to see where am I and to have my new training program!

My arms have difficulties to grow, I'll talk that to my coach, but, One things that is sure, That's i'll destroy them tomorrow!

Thats cool man! Alot of good diet and training info above also, nice new pics glad you are making some of the gains that you were looking for when you first posted, you know you can still be bulking but somewhat cutting at the same time, even more so now that its summer its nice to have some cuts to show off at the beach for the girls! Alot of people think you just need to bulk in order to get bigger and look good, but if you add in some cardio or even a fair amount of cardio (mostly core exercise and running type sports) as long as you dont become too catabolic so the processes are dominant to prolonged stress response for reduced growth, and focus on your heavy lifting man and eat like a horse! When I was 17 I gained almost twenty pounds training heavy and eating alot and using creatine and choc protein shakes three times a day while eating eight meals through the day also but then I sort of hit a wall but did not give up and kept doing what I was and eventually I started to get thicker and bigger as I aged but I stayed with the cardio so I was fairly cut up also so I could enter a show and step up on stage comfortably as a teen, dedication is the key just keep going and you will get the gains you want, just remember to dedicate your lifestyle to it and stick with it all the time not justs oem fo the time and train beyond your limits to reach that next level! you are at a good age and a fun age so have fun with it and enjoy your life and stay true to your goals and dreams that have to do with bodybuilding! :)

Big thanks trevor BC :) I really like what you said! yes, i'm on a diets since june, not the same, but I diets since this time...i'm on a bulk, not big bulk, but now, i'm around 176.2, at the scale of my coacvh for a BF% that is 10.5%..so, I up my calories because I begin to work, more phyical, but since, Now, the morning, after breakfast, I'm at 177-178 :) and I found that I look better :) this year, I didn't do cardio 'cause my training are really intense and I do a lot of superset and triset with short time rest!^^
but, since this week, I begin my nest training program for 6 weeks and it's differents, the first 2 day of my training, there no superset, but i put more wieght, so it's different, but the 3 otheres are superset,trisets and giants sets for abs!:)

I,ll keep going of course, thanks :) I really like this sport and i dedicate my lifestyle to this...I really enjoy the feeling that i know i'm going to the gym this day and all day, I just think about this with the shape that i want..sound crazy, bur i like to visualize and keep my dreams clear in my minds :)

Train hard like usual, not, with more intensity LOL,with more focus, visulisation..etc..Just like this and the diets was always the same, but tomorrow, it will change 'cause I have a new coach..I decided this and talked with him because I want that my physique rise at another level..with news diets...more focus on lagging part, news ways of training..Things like that and I think that I did a nice things, He know what I want and of course, His vision, philosphy is more similar to me..etc...but of course...I'll keep you updated with the changes...:)

so, Your comment are welcome(laggins part, where to put more emphasis and things like that)

personnaly, I Want more quads sweet, and with time, more definitions and quads...more mass on the ishios..more mass on the upper chest, upper back..LOLLL

Yess, I think my back is my best part, like others said to me..But, I have to put more thickness on traps and getting my lat to be lower! :)..But, like i like to say, I know it, and this way, I'm going to improve it^^

maybe more side deltoid will help too for me!

Hey Bro, back and rear delts have become noticeably bigger and that would be your strong point. You look great for a 17yr old, keep at it man.

Now for the critic ;)

You are closer to 13% bodyfat then 10% bodyfat, I don't care the method it's wrong. Nothing wrong with that it's just not accurate so don't get caught up in numbers too much.

As far as weak bodyparts, well you need to add meat everywhere, nothing appears weak just need more muslce everywhere. Don't focus on specialisation routines when you have so much meat to put on. Just build man, keep training hard and progressively heavier and keep eating progressively more food. The food is the secret, honestly I wish I knew that when I was your age.

The young guys that cut and bulk every year don't progress very quickly especially naturals and I really hope you stay natural...

If you want to look like a bodybuilder take a solid 3 yrs to gain and then cut up. If you are dead set on competing young I would recommend to compete only every other year to give you the chance to grow.

So, I like What You've said! And I changed coach like I said, and He checked me, and said to me that I was more than 15% and he's certainly right, because number...are just number and I prefer the mirror method or the critics eyes of someone!

I had read that if you have more than 2-3 bodyparts lagging, it's because you lack of general mass...lol... and Yes.that's true, like you said! So, for me, to put more mass everywhere is the key, and I want to compete just next year, coupe pro-gym 2011! it give me time and i won't be the guy that would enter every competition, just one at a time to look the best that I can!

I hope it will be better with my new coach, not I hope, I'm sure because He's more the kind of guys that use his eyes than the number..so, for startings, it's a good begining beacuse like I thnik, the number on the stage don't appears, it's the shape that you have and the quality of your physique!^^

Hi everyone!

So, couple of new pics of me..And since the last one, I have a new coach..Since the beginning of september..Just definitely a Great choice I did! I like it an we have a good communication together!^^

So, I'll see him this saturday and see where my condition is, and maybe adapt my diet or just, change it all the way!

My strenght raise as hell since I began His training last week that I really like and feel so sore all the week LOLL :P But, My main goals is always adding more mass, but quality this time...just be 175 lbs the morning when I wake up!..This morning I was at 171.4 lbs! :) So...General mass all time and specalisation will come later! :)

Even if those pics are old, Now, I'm always in a cutting phase..but now At 165 pounds and look way better and it continue this way :)

Because of my coach, my results are more than here,lol,lol


After the holidays, I'll certainly begin to put some serious mass..I'll start with a low BF% so it will be easier to keep my BF in check and put quality mass! and after, in july, preparing to cut for COUPE PRO GYM 2011! :)

I'll certainly continue to keep pushing even harder!
