I injected 1ml of test e on thursday, and I am noticing my injection site seems to be slightly red spread out. I injected into my delt and it seems to be spread out with a slightly red but noticable colour. Could this be an infection? I do not notice any serious pain other than from the injection slight sting.

no. first time shooting delt, it's gonna hurt. mine still did second round... if it gets more serious in the next few days then maybe, but im pretty sure its nothing to worry about.

No brudda chances are NOT an infection at all. Now sometimes the injection site will turn redish in color and the color tends to spread as the oil itself starts to spread out and be absorbed and that's normal.
Shit like this happens if you don't inject deep enough into the muscle tissue or if it's a new type of gear. I still get this once in a while myself so no big deal bro.
If your gear in good shit and you do clean injections your chances of an infection are very very low.
In the past 5 years i've done around 1000 injections and the only time I ever had a problem was last cycle when I did too many injections in my right glute and i developed a small abcess. Even then I did'nt require meds, I just let it be for a few weeks till it broke through the skin on it's own then i cleaned it with rubbing alchohol and patched it up.
The human body is quite remarkable when it comes to healing itself, just don't panic and think the worst right off the hop.
Hope this helps.

I too have been dealing with these issues. Its not bacteria, or the carrier the gears in. But its 400mg/ml and it makes me swell up for about 1 week or two so bad i cant train. Im thinking its a tren allergy but nonetheless its something the doc should see and give you antibiotics for.

If it is an infection you will be showing symptoms..ie flu like symptoms, fever etc...keep and eye on it and if it persists without improvement in the next few days have your Doc check it out. You definitely dont want to take antibiotics if its not an infection...an allergy is not an infection and if it were an allergy you would see the same symptoms every shot.

Why take antibiotics if it's not an infection. If you were to mix your gear with sterile grape seed oil and inject in a few different spots rather then just 1 i doubt you will have any more problems bro.

I've had sore, red and warm (to the touch) injection sites that took a wk or more to go away 100%, never any probs with infections though

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. My delt (middle head) was raised but not discoloured. Had me and the wife worried a bit, but there was no heat coming from the site so I didn't think it was an infection.
It took about 2.5 weeks to return to normal, with the help of massage, heat and ice.
Could have been a number of issues like compounds used, speed of injection, maybe I moved the pin when I was injecting? Who knows, but I have stepped up my care when injecting.
