What are the good gyms in Red Deer?

Im gonna be in Red Deer for a week, wanna check out some different places.

Peak..... I lived there for a couple workterms, it was called Hardbodies but hands down the best gym in Red deer......

peak is ok not what it used to be from what i heard, when i lived there i worked out at worlds. great gym all brand new hammer strength machines db's up to 235? and all the plates you could ever need pluss a sauna in the mens room, tell them you just moved to red deer and your looking to try the gym out for a week, they used too and still should just give you the week for free as long as you have the adress of where your staying.

World Gym is pretty good. The DB only go up to 125. You can still train hard grunting and yelling. You should be able to get a week free if you can show them a bill or something with your name and Red Deer on it.
