decided to seek out someone with some professional knowledge in this area, I have a bit of know but no where near a person with great experience has, instead of me bumping around trying to figure it out, i'll seek someone. Im looking for someone to develop a diet plan tailored to me. I'm 30 years old 172 lbs, 20% BF.. I want to be 175-180lbs but get my body fat down to 12-13% my troubles are i'm not exactly sure how to accomplish that.. is it possible to gain a bit of muscle and maintain this weight and lose body fat.. I consider myself a good eater, no junk food..
Since this would be someone with great knowledge I'd be compensating you. I just don't have the time to be as thorough as someone who has studied in this field for years.

if your looing for something personalized with your goals. your gunna have to pay a personal trainer and dietition. do some serching around and fiind out what the guys who have experiance have to say to similar questions. first off if your 175 and 20% bodyfat that means u have 35 lbs of fat, to get to 12% mean u need to lose 15 lbs of fat, but water and some muscle will be lost. u need to first get into the gym and build a bigger physique and eat right and clean for a few months then when u reach a bigger size ur happy with then u diet down and see where u can get. it is very hard to gain size while loosing bodyfat even on AAS. welcome to the board and look around.

thanks for the responses! One of my goals is to find someone who has all the know how to develop a workot plan and eating plan for me.. I would pay that person to help me develop something.. example I use is If I have a broken toilet I could spend the hours trying to figure out how to fix it or hire someone who has the know how.. Kinda the position im in now, it would take me years to acquire the knowledge etc, so I rather just pay someone..

First off, welcome to CBB. Glad you decided to make a positive change in your life. All coaches are going to approach the plan slightly differently and personally i subscibe to carb cycling and Praetorian uses the Keto method. Do a little research into what you think might work better for you and i'm sure one of us could help you achieve your goals.

From what im reading carb cycling might be a little more my way, seems it has more chance of retaining muscle..
Like I said above I want to be 175-180lbs muscled out.. right now I am roughly that weight..To achieve those goals would I have to gain lean weight then diet? Thanks
