how safe is Deca?

How safe would it be to run Deca without bromo or caber, what kind of dosage would be in the safe side without access to anything else than an AI.

I'm no expert however from my own personal experience, my first time right now running Deca, at 400mg haven't needed caber. I stopped after a couple weeks (was taking it prior when I was running tren hex).

I am however using Arimidex, low dose, couple times a week. No issues that I am aware of.

I'm actually happy to have stopped the caber. I had ZERO libido.

Praetorian(sp?) has said to me that if you are useing aromasin and nolva together there should'nt be any broblems.

Something like if estrogen is kept under controll progesterone related sides should'nt show up at all.

Actually, I've read that Nolva can actually increase progesterone sides while on Deca, though I'd like some more experienced people to chime in here about that. AFAIK, an AI is all that's necessary with an average dosed Deca cycle.

Some B6 could be beneficial though.

Deca is pretty safe. It has a low level of estrogen activity and moderate progesterone activity. 200-500mg per week for no more then 8-11 week cycle would be alright. If you are very concerned about side effects, then run some Arimidex. Be warned though, Deca might give you "limp dick"!(GULP!)

I would think araomasin would be way better. Adex is over rated IMHO.

Shit i've ran test/tren a few times now and never did i have a problem with gyno or progesterone sides. Not even when i ran test/tren/deca years back.

I did however develop a lil gyno when i used bullshit pct meds so it's best to make sure all products are legit...lol;)

That's why you should run it with Test at higher dosage than the deca.

To the OP, everybody is different. Someone might be on rampage for sex while on deca or the opposite. Its also dose dependent, but if I were you I would have my ancilliaries ready just in case, as well as a backup plan like a compound I would switch it to if sides are getting out of hand.

To be honest lots of people now run cycles without even having everything they need, then scramble for a remedy after the damage is already done (not meant to target anyone :D )

deca has been around much longer than caber and bromo has been in widespread use, we don't have an outbreak of milky nipples, so take it for what its worth.

I don't see why not bro. Lot's of people run longer cycles. As long as you're runing test with it the whole time you should be fine. Aromasin and nolva on hand as well and you're laughing. BTW 300mg/ew sounds very reasonable, props bro;)

Yes, but I would also run it with Test to avoid libido issues. I run deca at 300 and 450 Test Cyp per week.

I will be using 500mg/week Test Decanoate & 300mg/week Deca. I am kinda tired of BJJ training and wont focus on cardio for a bit.

Aromasin is better.. I find it's less harsh, easier to regulate or control. I find Adex is stronger, which is bizarre because I thought Aromasin was supposed to be the stronger one.

Adex isn't really overrated though, most people usually recommend Aromasin over Arimidex, mostly because of how harsh Adex is on the lipids. I'm only using it because I'm saving what Aromasin I have left for my PCT, since Adex and Nolva aren't a very good combination.

To me, if i am running Test and deca, and start to feel problems, I would just taper down deca over a week and keep test at 500.
