Im 6'3", 215llbs, 24 yrs old been training about 5 years.
Did tren a - test p last year and saw nice gains. I've lost about 15 pounds since then (mostly fat). Im looking to shed a little fat but also tone everything up. I do cardio 3 days a week and lift 4 days also. My diet is fairly clean as well, i do however consume alcohol fairly regularly. This is what I have planned.
Tren Ace - 50 mg/ed
Test Prop - 50 mg/ed
Clen - 80/100/100/120/120/140/140 mcg one week on, one week off.
Benydryl - 20mg/ed at night, when on and off clen (also helps me sleep).
T3 - work my way up to 100 mcg ed and stay there for whole cycle
I plan on making this last 6 weeks, then finishing with clomid therapy for a month or so.
Let me know what you think about this cycle. I will have enough to make it last 60 days if necessary, but i've read that's a little long for these substances. Should I maybe bump the tren and test up to 75mg/day? I don't have any arimidex though and really don't want to grow boobs. I'm also worried about the T3 eating away my gains to much, so maybe I should cut it down or even eliminate it. Please let me know what you think and if changes are necessary. I really appreciate any input I can get!

I am not in edmonton....but you should clarify whether "workout buddy" includes "reach around" or not. lol.
was tren A & test P your only cycle or what is your experience?
post up your diet since you are new...lets help everyone get to know you.

Yes tren A and test P is my only experience. I did really well on it though, and I don't really want a bulking cycle until I'm leaner, that is why I am planning on tren/test again.
My diet is generally 4 meals a day.
1- cereal and fruit
2- sandwich with extra meat, salad or fruit
3- hard boiled egg or 2 , can of salmon/tuna (sometimes avoid this meal if still full from lunch)
4- 8-10 oz protein, 2 large servings veggies (and pasta once a week,(can't help it, i love pasta!))
sometimes i will have snack at night, but i will be completely avoiding this on this cycle. I do have a few drinks in the evening, but I also plan on at least cutting this back for the cycle.
And lol, i'm not looking for reach arounds, just someone nearby in the scene as I recently moved from Saskatoon.
Thanks for any advice you can give!

Wow that's not much food at all bro. First off no more drinks in the evening, maybe a 6 pack on the weekends......honestly keep the booze to a very low count.
As for food intake you are lacking in protein/carbs/calories.
Breakfast should include MEAT bro. Meat with every meal dude. Last bulker i was eating EVERYTHING non stop.
Meal1. Salmon/tuna sandwich, shake, couple spoonfuls of natty pb, banana or scrammbled eggs with deli meat ect.
Meal2. chicken breast, brown rice, steamed broccoli ect
Meal3 whole wheat spagetti with lean ground beef sauce n steamed veggies n a shake ect.
You need at least 6 largish meals per day bro with a few protein shakes in between.
Steak is best right before bed IMHO and i like a big bowl of oat bran cereal as a snack before bed as well. Trust me when you have a shitload of meat going through yer system the bran at night will really help keep you regular:)
Just eat bro then eat again and then eat some more.;)

Ok first off put the clen and t3 away bro. No need for it at all at this point. Secondly what do you think you're going to get done in 6 weeks?
Honestly 6 weeks is kinda silly bro. A good cycle should be at least 12 weeks in length IMHO.
And if i was you I would be runing 100mg tesp-prop/EOD and 75mg tren-ace/EOD the whole 12 weeks followed by aromasin and nolvadex for 4 weeks as pct. Drop the darn booze as well bro, not cool.
And lifting 4 days a week along with cardio 5 days a week post work out for 45-60 minutes will lean you out quite a bit if diet is proper.

A 6 week cycle and a month of clomid? benadryl? clen overdosing? You need to do a shit ton more research before you start aas. This is completely ****o.
Use the search function and try again. You need to rethink just about everything you wrote and then you probably need to stop and put the vials away and figure out what you are doing in detail for your training and diet because your eating is also completely ****o and I wouldn't be shocked that if you posted your lifting program it would be ****o too.
Start with unscrewing your diet - keto, carb cycling, tcd, get your macros and your calories figured out.
Find a productive training program - starting strength, 5x5, bfs, something big and basic. If it doesn't have squats, deads, and bench in it, then it's wrong.
Research aas for another 6 months or so because you have no idea what you are doing and your current plan is akin to stabbing yourself in the eye with a fork.

What's funny is when I train with some friends I ask them how much they are eating because they complain they are not growing. They tell me 4500 calories so I ask them to write down their diet for me and the amounts they eat. After a calculation, I show them they often eat in the low 3000's or less calories. Eating properly is the hardest part of bodybuilding. Sticking a needle in your ass is the easiest.
