If 20 members post in this thread that I should go then I will ask to have my handle deleted by MP and that will be that, but if 20 members think I should stay then I will. First 20 of either stay or go determines my fate.

Andy Haman is a ****ing goof. He can't even bench 500 and he hasn't even proven he can. IMO he's the biggest liar in pro bodybuilding and he paints his family up to look like arseholes too. In the past 5 years i've done around 1000 injections and the only time I ever had a problem was last cycle when I did too many injections in my right glute and i developed a small abcess. Even then I did'nt require meds, I just let it be for a few weeks till it broke through the skin on it's own then i cleaned it with rubbing alchohol and patched it up.
