no fingers are numb. entire arm is tingling a very little bit. very far from numb. left seems more than right. feel a little tinge on my cheek sometimes too. i would say very very slightly dizzy when tingling is worse. dizzy is too strong a word tho. also it seemed to get worse with caffeine intake yesterday. today i didnt consume any caffeine so arms feel almost normal.

good to hear its common and most likelt i wont be taking a dirt nap anytime soon.

Listen brah, I am no doctor, but you could be experiencing TOS (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome) This consists of compression of nerves ie: radial, ulnar nerves by offending contractures/shortening of muscles (scalenes, pec. minor etc.)

Symptoms are described as tingling, numbness, "pins" of pain in the arms.

Try not to sleep with your arms abducted over 90 degrees.

It is your pec minor man, go get A.R.T. at a massage clinic, you will not believe it till it goes away.

Good call Victor85 your spot on.

Victor85. Yeah, it's not happening when I'm sleeping, but waking hours. Its all but gone now. I am thinking maybe my body wasnt getting enough oxygen as my asthma acting abit due to allergies, or as Victor85/wolverine said maybe.
If it should happen again, I'm off to the massage clinic to try out your suggestion.

Thanks everyone!
