HCG calculations..

bare with me, i know ive posted up a few times about this, just confirm my calculations here please...

The first batch i did, i ****ed up and added too much water...

Here's how i did it, i added 5cc's (ml's) of bac water with 5000iu's of HCG giving me 1000iu's per ml. I'm doing two 500iu injections a week.

I'm coming to the end of that vial and I'm goign to be mixing the second vial next week and want to be injecting less volume.

if i cut in half the amount of water from 5ml to 2.5ml, then all i need for 500iu's of HCG is 25 units on the insulin needle. If i cut that in half again, and just mix in 1.25ml of water with the 5000iu's, all i need is 14.5 units to get 500iu's of HCG, CORRECT?

edit, also, does unreconstituted HCG have to be kept in the fridge?

add 1ml to get 500iu per 10 units
add 2ml to get 250iu per 10 units or 500iu per 20 units

if i DIDN'T refrigerate unconstituted (as in, still in powder) for like a month, does that mean it's garbage?

nope. it is still good, but refridgerate it

it MAY be slightly less potent

Hey bro,i have never used HCG yet and was wondering why you would want to "cut" the amount of water added to half that amount.Is it less painful this way?Cause i always thought the standard amount that came with it was 5mls

It depends where you buy it. I've seen 1 ml of sterile solution with product. My HCG comes with a full 10 ml of bac water to be added to 10,000 iu.

Injecting using a slin pin really isn't very painful since it's not an oil based product. I suppose it's just personal preference to inject as little as possible so that any product trapped under the skin (with Sub-Q injections) doesn't form too large a pocket.

hey ricky, milo got it...im just trying to inject as lil volume as possible when i go sub-q.

I have done hcg in 10 unit jabs and it stung. Also done it in much larger volume. I would say go for 20-40 units.

well, once u put it that way, let me revise this rickyboy...

when you have it mixed like i do, with 5ml of water to 5000iu's and 500 units = 500iu's and u do two seperate subq injections, it doesnt sting at all...

it may sting now that ive made it so much more potent...i forgot about that waderow...heh

ill report back when its time to mix er up and shoot
