Here are some pictures of me from before I started training, up until last year. I don't have anything within the last year though. Maybe some day I'll take more.

Started off at 128lbs, weighed in at 210 in the most recent pics, sitting now between 215-220.

The last pics were taken in 2007 at approx 210lbs. It's taken a lot of work, and there is still a lot to do.

how tall are you? keep these pictures, as you'll see in few more year maturity in your muscles. Your doing a great job. Are you natty or have cycled?

You're doing a great job.

Make sure that you are not internally rotating your shoulders and hunching your back.

Upper cross syndrome not just make you look terrible it has terrible long term effects as well.

I'd like had been as smart as you are and have taken pics over the years.

6'2. I've cycled in the past, been off for a while. Going to start another by summer.

Way to go bro. I'm 6"2 as well and it makes it so much harder to look thick. What's your arm measurement? If I reach your size, I'd be pretty happy.

They're at 17 1/4, at 6'2 I'm shooting for at least 18 for the arms. Hopefully by the fall.

Thanks drew! You should also be proud, you looked incredible in Freddy in Nov. Congrats on that!

My first job at 15 was McDonalds, and with half price food I could eat there 3 meals a day 5 days a week and not gain a pound. It took quite a long time of 4-5000cals/day just to get the weight started. I still have the empty muscle juice tubs in the basement lol. After hitting 160lbs I was able to lower the cals back to a decent level and still keep gaining without getting too fat.

As for cycles, all fairly basic, based around test. Never more than 500mg/week.
