Hi everyone! I actually stumbled on this site while googling a canadian replacement for gpz. Saw a link on another board to this site and told to check the sponsors. I've been a member of some other boards like 'ology and bb.com since 2005, recently also joined cjm, and now here. I didn't even know this site existed. :)
A little about myself, I'm 24 been training since I was 17. Come a long ways from the 6'2 130lbs that I started at. I'm hovering around the 215lb mark right now carrying around 17% bf and about to start cutting up a little for summer. Just goes to show to all the scrawny guys out there that with hard work and dedication you can get there!
Anyways, I hope to offer some input to these boards and it's great to have other canadians to discuss with.
