This is pretty much a regular occurrence for me. I tend to eat meals in excess of 2500 cals in one sitting and about 3/4 of the way through I start sweating. Sometimes across my forehead, sometimes my lower/upper back is soaked and my shirt sticks to me, and sometimes both. I usually take a greens shake right before the huge meal and down a couple digestive enzymes right at the end to help things along, but it doesnt really prevent the sweating.

Does anyone else experience this high volume eating sweating? Its pretty ****ed up.

You are kidding right? Maybe its the fact that your stomach is tearing open that is causing alot of stress on the body I dont know, I have never even heard of something so ridiculous, Why not eat more meals instead of trying to kill yourself with one mega meal?

You must be somewhat fat with meals like that

i sometimes dont have time to cook as often as i want to. and im still not fat yet after drinking and eating like a pig for 6 months straight. im on a continuous bulk that just seems to be making me stronger and stronger.

i reached my years end goal already of squatting 405 last month lol.

the only thing that makes me fat is beer and even that doesnt seem to be putting weight on me right now. maybe i have aids.

Because your metabolism is speeding up trying to process up all those calories.

Lets see some progress pics.

I have had the same response but I haven't eaten like a starving biafron for a few years. I'm way out of practice. If you watch the rxMuscle video where the young guy eats the 5 pound new york steak you can see some pretty serious sweating.

The only really decent thing I can think of to say is "don't do that". ;)

I dont even own a digital cam but I will see what I can do. I think Im sitting around 220-230. I look a lot smaller than I actually am. Most people guess me smaller because im tall and somewhat lean and most of my mass is in my legs.

In other words im a skinny bitch.

Meat sweats is a common occurrence for me, especially if it is pork. Pork also causes the 'itis as well so I plan my day accordingly.
The greasier the meat the bigger the sweats so expect smoke meat and poutine do make you sweat piles while you take the Huxtables to the pool.

This is only tangentially related, but once I get over 280 I sweat sitting on the couch watching tv. I won't pretend I'm lean though.

I found out last bulker that too much ground beef gave me a GREESY asshole and horrable gas. Like something inside me was rotting...it ****ing sucked man, my gitch had more streek marks then the pavement at a race track....lol

Also vinegar and ketchup make me sweat like a bitch for some odd reason?

The worst part I have found is if you take boner juice and eat smoke meat you get the biggest boners ever while deucing making it extremely uncomfortable.

When i would eat 1lb of xlean ground beef, and a can of lentils everyday for lunch in the offseason i would sweat buckets. I geuss its the body saying wow this is too much food. But it def has nothing to do with making you fat its just a weird response to high calories.

Actually if you think about it it makes perfect sense. Every food has a thermic rating...protein being the highest. The thermic effect is the incremental energy requirement above your resting metabolic rate used due to the cost of digestion, absorption, and disposal of ingested food. This increased energy expenditure can definitely be observed as sweating.

This is the best post I have ever read on a forum.

2500 calories per meal on a regular basis is crazy... what is the nutrient breakdown? 300G's of protein is only 1200 calories!

I eat that much every 2 weeks when I go to the all you can eat buffet... I then go home straight to bed to pass out :D

Eating that much on a regular basis would ruin me...
