There are a few hatchets overdue for burying. This is a discussion forum where, I assume, opinions are welcomed and Mods are in place to keep things in check.

What happened to camaraderie and respect? The practice of taking a humorous jab at a fellow member has now evaporated into full on personal attacks, often without instigation. The only harm in considering another member's point of view may be added perspective, no one is right 100% of the time.

This community is meant to exist as a tool of support.

I never thought I would say such a thing..... but BR would likely be of help here.

My solution to the current problem is to use the ignore function. If people feel the need throw shit around in a public forum it seems the only thing available other than whining to MP or just deleting this url from my favourites is to filter it out the people who think that this is ok.

you have to take things on boards with a grain of salt. People are far more likely to act hostile and antisocial because they are hidden and ambiguous, and therefore face no consequences. Comments and attitudes breed future comments of similar attitude. This board is well controlled IMO. The nate-dremen banter is quite entertaining. We have to remember that in the real world people do not express their feelings as freely as here. Social outcast and consequences may be the only thing holding back our extremely negative views. So when someone makes a racist comment don't get bent out of shape about it, just ignore it and eventually it will stop. The more attention you draw to "negative" posts, the more it breeds.

This is not going unnoticed. I'm working on another part of the site (launching it hopefully this month) and can't involve myself in every thread.

But it is starting to get to the point of degrading the board. I suggest some of you to start conducting yourselves a little more mature and respectful of the other members as if you troll here, you disrespect CBB and the work a lot of us have put into it, mainly myself.

I have known a lot of you for many years and like a lot of you, but in the end, if you are no good for the site, you will be removed or mass ignored.

Not saying you can't get into heated discussions/arguments. Those are sometimes constructive. But to be full out racist or get to personal attacks and/or threats is classless.

Everyone has a personality on a site and in real life. You always have that family member or friend that grumbles all the time or complains, argues with everyone. Yet we still are tolerant of them. Same here, we tolerate a lot of behavior but there is a limit to how far you can take it. If I have to get involved, then you've crossed the limit but that's usually a little too late as I am ready to ban at that point. So check yourselves and treat others with the same respect you want to be treated with. We're all here to help each other and to keep motivated in this lifestyle. That is the whole purpose.

To come here to belittle others or to troll makes you unwelcome. If you want to be part of CBB, at least bring something positive to the table. Help the site grow in a healthy way. If not, well....you know.

In all honesty boss you let a LOT of shit slide. Other BB sites do not allow a lot of the slander that gets tossed around here not to mention down right rude and uncalled for comments. A few mods who actualy temp ban members for talking shit or give warnings would be great.

Kinda like the retarded kid you see gurgling and giggling away to himself in a store. It's chuckle material but I don't think anyone thinks someone who is retarded is a laughing matter.

Quite simple: I have been the member of Canadian boards for about 5 years now.

The day that someone posted that I should be killed for being a fagot, even though i reported that post nothing happened.

I saw that that type of people have more value than myself and decided to not engage anymore.

If CBB is the place where the internet gladiators get together I prefer to not post and I see myself coming here less and less as it feels less and less relevant to see rudeness for the sake of it.

It's gone from people with an ulterior agenda causing a problem, which was very effectively dealt with MP, to people with a different agenda causing a problem.

I think we should be able to discuss anything respectfully, but there is a certain % of people here who's openly racist/homophobic comments are tolerated. And the more its tolerated, the more it grows...... I havn't been a member for that long, and the Aryan undertones have grown a lot.
I really have not seen to many boards, even wide open ones where just about anything goes, with all the racial shit thats said on here. Its not just off-color stuff either, its full blown rhetoric...... IMHO it belongs on a different site.

This isn't about having a thick skin, or whatever. The ball busting, ribbing, joking around is great fun and there's nothing wrong with that. What's getting out of hand is all the direct attacks on each other and flat out racist propaganda.

If that's the site you guys prefer, I suggest you look elsewhere. I think the majority of members on here are getting sick of it, me included. Seems like some people just post these controversial topics just to stir shit up, rather than have an intelligent conversation about.

When I first joined this forum, it felt like a close knit community where people joked with each other and were supportive. It's slowly declined to the point where a lot of the time people just attack each other and break them down.

I just feel it's unnecessary, and it's not very nice to read all the time. Hell, I could rant and rave like a loony too, I'm full of androgens all day long and even dropping a fork from the counter sets me off... but I've tried to remain respectful of people on here and not let my inner demons lash out. I know I lost my cool a few times here and there in the past, but I've been making an effort to not do that. I feel others should do the same to make this place a more welcome and supportive community like it was a year ago.

There are plenty of excuses for bullshit behavior. The argument that you need to allow bullshit behavior because if you didn't then everyone would be repressed is a specious argument.

This is not going unnoticed. I'm working on another part of the site (launching it hopefully this month) and can't involve myself in every thread.

But it is starting to get to the point of degrading the board. I suggest some of you to start conducting yourselves a little more mature and respectful of the other members as if you troll here, you disrespect CBB and the work a lot of us have put into it, mainly myself.

I have known a lot of you for many years and like a lot of you, but in the end, if you are no good for the site, you will be removed or mass ignored.

Not saying you can't get into heated discussions/arguments. Those are sometimes constructive. But to be full out racist or get to personal attacks and/or threats is classless.

Everyone has a personality on a site and in real life. You always have that family member or friend that grumbles all the time or complains, argues with everyone. Yet we still are tolerant of them. Same here, we tolerate a lot of behavior but there is a limit to how far you can take it. If I have to get involved, then you've crossed the limit but that's usually a little too late as I am ready to ban at that point. So check yourselves and treat others with the same respect you want to be treated with. We're all here to help each other and to keep motivated in this lifestyle. That is the whole purpose.

To come here to belittle others or to troll makes you unwelcome. If you want to be part of CBB, at least bring sometime positive to the table. Help the site grow in a healthy way. If not, well....you know.

P is at a level that is beyond 97% of the members on the board. he can run these sorts of cycles because his training and diet are intense enough that his body needs the high andro/anabolic ratio. for the rest of us gym rats, these types of cycles are completely uncessecary, and even dangerrous. and for you to say that P "recomends it to people he trains" is a full out lie to make your argument better. here is his original post..where exactly does he state that he reccomends it to his clients?!?!?

Its actually one of my favourite cycles. I have never experienced any negative sides with those compounds and I have run them multiple times together in the last ten years.

You have to remember as well that sides are dose dependant...many guys run way too much gear and then run into issues and blame the cycle or the compounds...more is not always better.

Oh man i have to agree with ya for sure. I tried my liquid var around 150-200mg/ed for about a week during my last cycle and holy shit was it awesome. Pumps lasted long after i was done at the gym, strength went up way faster then with dbol and muscles were very very hard.




If u run dbol for just 4 weeks of course all your weight gains will just be water, but if you run the dbol for say 8-12 weeks along with test you will develop a lot more muscle mass. Of course when the dbol is droped you will need a good month to drop the water weight and bloat, but i think its worth it.
Dbol, var, tbol IMHO can be run year round if your in good health and dose stays on the low end.

If I ban someone it usually means they've banned themselves by taking it too far. So if it happens to anyone, don't go getting your ego's all worked up and pissed off. I repeat, I don't want to ban anyone. But the health of CBB comes before any emotions I have about how much I like you or don't. There are members here that I have had issues with in the past and are still welcome because they bring something positive to the table. I do my best to leave my emotions out of the equation. For what its worth I don't mind a bit of back and forth sparring.

Some of the Racial stuff was bordering on doctrine IMHO ( not naming anyone in particular ) and was going a bit far.

I look at new posts, and it has hundreds of BB related, good healthy threads. A sporadic mix of off topic, and of that off topic mix, there are a few threads that have some heated discussion. On occasion, a n-word comes up, or someones called a fag(often playfully). Its just words. If someone is crying over it, they are too sensitive for a BB forum. I have been around, and CBB is right in the middle of the pack. Tamer than some, and worse than others. As far as personal attacks are concerned, it is not fun to be a noob on other sites. You get ripped apart badly for even hinting an original thought. That doesnt happen here unless you are Dremen. But his original thoughts are dangerous, so we cant count him anyways.
This site is a bunch of guys that are respectful to everyone. Shit, even Rob and I are cool with each other when it comes down to it, and I tell you, I could ring his neck sometimes with his ultra-left wing commie BS. Guys get into a little headbutting, and after its off their chests, they often become cool with each other. Being the only target I know of on this board to racially discriminatory attacks, I have to wonder if any of you even know what the **** you're talking about.
