Hi,
I am 6 weeks out from a novice competition. I am currently following a 10 week clen and fat burner (Thermomaxxx) program. 2 days of clen on and 2 off, using FB's on days off clen..
I am competing without gear and was wondering if there is any benefit to adding Yohimbine HCL and or T-3. Also will Nolva have any benefit?
Thanks

I'd be more concerned with what your diet looks like and how much cardio you're doing over adding in more products which probably only make a 1% difference.
Ok T3 will make a bigger difference but you do NOT want to run T3 without gear.

umm how do you know what your contest weight is? Generally we aim to come in conditioned and not worry what weight we come in at.
Either way, do not add in T3. Yohimbie can't hurt.

i read that T3 can be used in small amounts when not using gear... Everyone thinks that you have to be on gear to use T-3 due to the "wasting effects", this is bunk. If you use a suitable dosage which (for a natural) would be somewhere between 50mcg-100mcg in divided dosages, and someone on gear could use upwards of 150mcg or more depending on bodyweight. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jon4.htm
I'll add in the yohimbine at .2mg per kg.. and take it with the clen days..
any opinions on Nolva?
My weight is close to where it should be... ya, i realize it's about the way i look, not weigh

Also clen usage is much better at two weeks on two weeks off because with only two days off it'll never clear your system.
And i know some of you will answer take diphehydramine hydrocholide or Ketotefin to help clear receptors and stay on all the time and i've done it myself but the results are much less dramatic doing it like this. Much better results taking actual time off.
T3 without test...wouldn't recommend it.
Yohimbe will work.
Also when you think you're conditioned...you probably still could lose 5-10more to be in true condition in my experience.

30min cardio a day?? thats it? id say add in some more cardio instead of spending more $$ of fat burners.. Try 2 x45min sessions..

30 min a day as of now.. may be increased in the weeks to come..
not really about the $.. have all the stuff, just thinking I could use it..
And i agree on conditioning, especially as i am new to this.. the mirror is my judge, not the scale.

Up the cardio now to try and get ready as soon as possible then you can cur back on cardio last week/week and a half and coast on in.
That's how I prefer to do it.

Agreed, you never want to struggle to get ripped till the last day. One week out you should be ready to go, then you make slight adjustments to peak it.

Fat burning is all about low caloric intake and plenty of cardio.
