This is just what I've been looking for. I remember emailing you guys asking for a multi a few months back too :)

I think this can effectively replace my current regimen of a Multi, B Complex, C, Calcium & Magnesium, Zinc, D3....all seperate pills throughout the day.

I think this multi + fish oil is all I would need. They're not so large as to make swallowing difficult I hope (no homo).

Add the gaba Talo, stuff gives me good sleep and works every time... My mood is better during the day because of it also.

Just a heads up with the gaba... You will feel short of breath, something like 10-15 minutes after you take it. I`m sometimes kinda panting, not feeling like I`m going to faint though, but there were a few times, where I had to stay seated for a few minutes, but only for a few minutes tops. Your first time taking it 2 grams should be plenty. For a long time I thought gaba only produced short terms effects. I just didn`t get the great sleep I did at first. So I slowly ramped up the dose to 5 grams, and that dose works every time. I may be different for you, just sharing what has worked very well for me.

Make sure you take it empty stomach, at least 2 hours after you`ve eaten. I still find it works it I put the gaba in some water (minimal amount like 100ml) and then I down, a host of pre bed time pills then drink my shake with peanut butter. At first I wasen`t expecting the rush and deep sleep as I thought the amino`s from the protein shake would interfere witht the gaba. But I was wrong about that and gladly so as I just find it convinient to dose it right before bed. Then as I`m brushing my teeth, the heavy breathing starts, it`s weird, but kinda cool at the same time. I`ve also tried taking gaba one hour before my last meal to maybe give more of a gh release, but sometimes end up just lying on the couch and falling asleep.
