Hey guys,
Just wanted some opinions on my progression as I am cutting using the Palumbo Diet right now. My main goal is eventually to get big, but I felt I was a little fat to start bulking at this point. I started this diet at approximately 190 ~18-19% BF.

The first picture is me at end of Week 2, approximately 185lbs and people said I looked 15%. I also had a bit of a gym pump on that picture.

Second picture is me at end of Week 3, approximately 180 with unknown BF%. No gym pump on the picture.

Do you guys think the progression is ok? Am I losing weight too quickly?

Wow..big difference with your waist.I say you must of dropped close to 2% from the week before.Good job!!

Thanks! I think being in the butt-**** middle of nowhere with nothing but chicken titties, fish, nuts and eggs/egg whites helps a lot. lol

2% is a lot to lose in a week though...that's amazing.

... and fairly unlikely :).

In the first couple of weeks you drop a lot of water so while it certainly looks dramatic you likely (hopefully) only dropped a couple of pounds of fat. Slow and steady wins in the dieting race.

Good job, dieting can be the shits... but let your progress pics be your incentive to keep it up.
