I am going in for surgery in june.I should have asked the surgeon but i was under the impression that once the gyno is removed it can never come back. Now i am hearing from some guys on this board and others that it is possilbe to come back.I go in for a pre op meeting in april, and i will ask about this. The surgeon is very good.It took a year just to get in to see him.
Any feed back would be apreciated

I would like to say no with certainty, but unfortunately I'm not sure, I believe to eliminate gyno completely and forever and ever you would have to remove the estrogen receptors from that area of your body, I dont think this is possible yet.

Thanks guys,So when i try a test e cycle in august, anti Es are a must.I was on adrol & parabolon in 87 when this shit happened.First & only cycle, young & dumb,I know.I have'nt done gear since. But i have learned alot since.I will be fifty in july & my natural test levels aren't like they used to be.So i will give that a try.But on the other hand i am very excited to get this done so i can finally take off my shirt & show off my years of hard work.
Thanks again

The surgeon may choose to either remove, partially remove or leave the glands in place. It's going to depend on how he thinks it will look afterwards. Hopefully you are seeing a plastic surgeon who has experience with these operations. For the most part they look pretty darn simple but knowing how things are going to look afterwards seems to take some practice.

If it took a year to get in with him chances are he's very good, also if he takes out both glads completly you won't have anymore gyno problems ever......only if all the glands are removed.

Shit i would love to have mine done man. Got a nice sized chunk of gyno right behind the right nipple, but it still looks normal so im happy for that.

What REALLY pisses me off is the nips being the size of a sqarter when relaxed. I miss having small nips lol. PINCH PINCH:D

When I went for it I was told it could come back unless he took it all out. He opted to leave part of it in there so the nipple wouldn't cave in. He said my chance of it happening again was slim even when using steroids.

Well if the doc just takes out the gyno and leaves the fat i guess the nipple would cave in, but even so would'nt dieting down take that pec fat away leaving the pecs looking normal?

I think i would rather go see a really good plastic surgen, tell him EXACTLY what i want done and then just pay the damn bill.

Honestly even if the bill was 8 grand i thinks it worth it have no more problems in the future AND to have the chest looks spot on after the op.
