Hi,

I don't know where to begin...But, I'll begin with that!...When I was 10-11 years old, I began boxing..I was fat...Very fat and after I began, I lost a couple of pounds..after two years I weighted 115 pounds ans I started at 140 pounds...I was very proud of me and of course, my shape was better and my cardio too...But, I was too skiny..So, the next year, my coach came with a bench press and Dumbell for our boxing clubs and I liked so much doing bench press and dumbell that I went to the club 30 to 1 hours before the training began to lift weight!..So, the summer, the club was closed and I subscribed to a gym, to keep me un shape and to add muscles..but, in this time, I tought taht the more you went to the gym, the more you'll put muscles...And. knew nothing about nutrition and just a little about supplements...like protein powder...Since last year, around february 2009, I bought my first supplements..It was Nano vapor and the person who sold me that told me that there were protein and i'll take that 1 or 2 scoop before my training and 1 scoop after my workout...and...When i read the label..I found that they were caffeine and other things like that..So, I decided to search things ang I found Physiquextreme.. a very good forum!:)

To make a short story, after that, I saw that nutrition was the most important things in bodybuilding and I liked taht because it's was more than going to the gym and train hard..It Is a science..a things that keep you on the egde everyday! so, I changed my way to train..I began too push me harder and ate more healthy..In june 2009, I saw a coach and I took my BF%..I was at 13% and I began a diets...A keto diets...I began this diets in june with a cheat meal every 7 day...a drop to 10.8% in october and after, I did a 2200 calories to drop downer than 10.8%..after 1 weeks and 4-5 days, I was on 9.5%...So, I reintroduced carbs in the morning and post-workout..It was fruits..like strawberries, raspberries..etc..And in january, I was at 7.2 % BF for 166 pounds..I was very proud of myself....

Now, i'm on a bulk diets with more carbs Because I spoke with my trainers and He knew that I want to do a competition around 2011-2012 and he told me that if you want to go there to win, the preparation is a minimum of one year..a minimum and I like so much this sport..it's my passion...I liked to train, I liked to eat every 2-3 hours( i liked eating a lot...lol)..and..This is My passion, I want to Win my first competition..i'm really a strong believer in the power of the mind in Bodybuilding..I think it's the most important factors with the diets to perform in this sport!..So..This is the end of my introduction..a bit long...but, I think it's the beat way to introduce myself!

Humm..Seriously, I just find that nickname was simple and I thought that was good!^^
