If you have stayed there is the gym decent like dumbells up to at least 60lbs with an adjustable bench? I am there next month for work first day is slammed but the next two day I have a bit more free time.

Thanks

They just put a sky train station infront of this place, its 2 stops away from Richmond center and Landsdown mall, and 10 mins from Downtown Vancouver. Tons of access to shopping.

Hey, i just stayed there for my bday and i used the gym. Its got treadmill, elliptical, bike and stairclimber. Dbells only up to about 30lb if i remember right. They have universal machines. I dont even remember seeing a bench or anything, pretty basic. And for shopping..etc use the skytrain to get downtown, itll take 15 mins

They just opened a new Golds gym in Richmond in the Grizzleys old training center. Its a little ways away from where you're staying but worth the drive if you want a really good workout.

they have a drive fitness on no.3 road and alderbridge way and right around the corner right near the richmond oval they have fitness world, i havent seen it but i heard they have a steve nash gym somewhere in richmond as well, as far as shopping goes i would probably go to pacific centre in downtown or metrotown in burnaby
